Cash gifting programs and clubs are one of the easiest and most efficient ways to improve your financial situation. There is no product involved, no taxation, and you don’t have to be a computer guru to be successful at it. However, there are many popular gifting web-sites around, flashing images of luxury cars and bags of cash in your face, that, chances are, you’re having a hard time picking one.

That is where I come in. Being an experienced gifting professional, I would like to offer you a comprehensive review of the top gifting clubs on the web to help you make your decision. So, let’s begin!

Number One Success System (NOSS) aka TLS

Overview: NOSS is one of the oldest 1UP gifting programs around and one of the most popular ones (the club allegedly has over 40,000 members worldwide). You can pick one of the 3 levels to join at: $500, $1,500 and $3,500. The only other expense would be their tracking software, which is run by a 3d party and costs about $120 per year.

The Good: The program is well-structured and provides a lot of support to its members. The weekly conference calls, conducted by the club’s leaders, are professionally put-together and are good to invite prospects to. With the lowest entry level being only $500, this gifting program has a wide mass appeal.

The Bad: This program is very ill-suited to anyone who doesn’t possess an outgoing personality. You’re required to do a lot of phone work, such as cold-calling strangers, in an attempt to invite prospects to the NOSS conference calls. There is no automation as far as following up with your prospects. You would have to pick up the phone and call them up yourself if you want to get them to join.

The Ugly: Extremely outdated marketing policies. This gifting program actually PROHIBITS people to market on the Internet! And if you violate their terms, they will delete you from the system and provide no refund.

Verdict: NOSS is a relatively inexpensive program to join, but its narrow views on marketing and lack of prospect follow-up automation makes this club an appropriate choice only for a small percentage of people interested in gifting. I wouldn’t recommend NOSS to anyone who doesn’t have experience in telemarketing or selling.

Ecosov™ (Too Damn Easy)

Overview: Ecosov™ is a private gifting club that has two entry levels: $6,600 & $18,500. It’s operated by a marketing millionaire who goes by the nickname of “Q”, who sends out a weekly “Cash Me Out” newsletter and has a phone hotline that addresses a lot of the prospect’s questions. The marketing system is such that every affiliate is given a member ID that is used in all ad campaigns. Whenever a prospect clicks on one of the Ecosov™ ads, they are directed to the main web-site, using the member ID of the person who had paid for the ad.

The Good: All of Q’s advertising campaigns are top-notch. He will provide you with pre-designed ads and postcards, that have already been test-marketed and proven to be effective. Q personally handles all of your prospect’s questions and sets up tracking to ensure that all of your cash is safely delivered to your doorstep. Everything is more-or-less automated within this gifting club.

The Bad: The lowest entry level of this program being $6,600 + marketing expenses (which could run into thousands per month), Ecosov™ is definitely NOT the gifting club for the average Jo the Plumber. Q is very blunt about the fact that his program is about the rich helping each other get richer. The other major shortcoming of this gifting program, as I see it, is the fact that none of your marketing and advertisement can be tracked! You don’t know where your prospects are coming from, thus you can’t determine which marketing methods work best for you. You could be spending thousands of dollars per month for ineffective marketing!

The Ugly: The thing that I find most offensive about this program is that, although the entry fees are extremely high, the members are not given ANY CONTROL. You’re not provided with your own web-site – only a member ID – thus all of the leads that you generated are going to Q. There is no way to know how Q is handling your prospects or how many prospects you have generated. For all you know, Q could be “pocketing” half of your leads! Also, you must GIVE AWAY every 5th gift you receive to Q as a “Monitor Fee”. Overtime, you could end up giving away your new house, or your kid’s college tuition.

Verdict: Ecosov™ is a gifting program that works for people with wallets that are bursting at seams, that don’t care if they have control over where their money is going to.

The Overnight Cash System (TOCS)

Overview: TOCS is a gifting circle that was designed for the “little guy”, since the lowest entry level is only $250. The program has been around for a couple of years and it uses a 1Up style structure, like many others. Unlike most gifting clubs, TOCS requires members to pay some extra fees, which vary depending on the entry level you chose and range anywhere from $200 to a $1000. There is also a monthly $30 fee for the hosting of your web-site and access to marketing tools.

The Good: This gifting club is almost fully automated. The prospects read over the information on the web-site and by pushing the “callback” button request someone to get in touch with them to answer their questions. The team leaders talk to the leads on your behalf, so the whole system can be completely hands-off.

The Bad: The TOCS web-site design has a hokey “Get-Rich Now” feel, which turns off a lot of prospects. TOCS actually has one of the lowest visitor conversion rates amongst all the gifting clubs. Also, there is no way to manage your opt-in database and send personalized follow-up emails. Everything is sent by the system and the members can’t improve any of the messages broadcasted.

The Ugly: NO CONTROL WHATSOEVER. Although an idea of a completely automated way to receive cash gifts is attractive to many, the fact that all of the material that TOCS provides is strictly regulated, makes it a difficult system to manage. You’re not allowed to change anything in the provided marketing materials, and if you do, TOCS with eliminate you from the system without a refund. If you came in at a $10,000 level, consider yourself in trouble.

Verdict: TOCS is a gifting program that’s easy to set up, but frustrating to manage. You have to be extremely careful with what you do to market your page in order to avoid getting thrown out of the system. Also, TOCS likes to “nickel and dime” its members, which is something that no other club does. Probably the biggest turn-off is this program’s really low rate of turning visitors into leads.

Cash Arrives 365

Overview: Cash Arrives 365 is probably most similar to NOSS without the necessity of cold-calling prospects. It’s been around for about 6 years and has 3 entry levels: $500, $1,500 and $3,500. Just like NOSS, it uses a professional third party tracking software that costs $120 per year.

The Good: This gifting program is accessible to most people due to its low entry fees. The tracking is professional and easy to manage, and potential prospects could be invited to weekly conference calls, led by the program’s veterans. The Bad & The Ugly: Cash Arrives 365 is one of the smallest gifting clubs online, thus be careful joining it, unless you have a lot of experience in the cash gifting world. There aren’t many successful gifting pros involved in Cash Arrives 365, unlike Ecosov™ or TOCS. No one will provide you with any training or support, so you would have to do your own research and figure out your marketing strategies using trial and error.

Verdict: Compared to other gifting systems around, this one is definitely one of the weakest. I believe that you have a chance only if you have extensive marketing background.

Abundant Living System (ALS)

Overview: Abundant Living System is a new gifting program that has taken the gifting world “by the storm”. The innovative automated concept of this program incorporates the positives of other gifting clubs while eliminating all of the negatives. The entry levels for ALS start at as low as $150 and go up to $5000, which makes this club an affordable solution for many in search of gifting income. ALS provides extensive free training to its members as well as free, state of the art marketing materials. The ALS capture page has particularly high conversion rates due to the highly informational easy-to-digest content. Similar to TOCS, this system has a free callback feature; when a potential prospect fills out the callback form, they are contacted by the professional “closers” that introduce them to all of the features of the program and answer their questions. Each new member is provided with a free customizable web-site, with professional video and audio content to help potential leads grasp the essence of the program.

The Good: One of the most helpful features of the ALS program is their “cash credit system”, which is a convenient way for someone who enters at a low level to upgrade to higher levels. Whenever someone joins ALS at a higher level then their sponsor, unlike all other programs, the sponsor gets to keep half of the prospect’s entry fee and use it to upgrade to the next level. This could be a lifesaver for someone who can’t afford to join ALS at any of the higher levels.

ALS is also known for their impeccable support system: it doesn’t matter who you join under – everyone receives the same amount of attention. The customer support is very quick and they usually reply to member inquiries within a few hours. As far as their marketing training goes, they are constantly staying up to date with the latest trends and they even have monthly marketing Co-ops, which allow newbie marketers to "jump start" their cash flow.

One of the unique features of the ALS club is that they allow their members to have complete control over their opt-in list – you can use their free autoresponder to send memos and follow-up messages to your leads. There are no restrictions as far as content.

The Bad & The Ugly: Critics say that there is not a big enough return to be enrolling leads at a $150 level, but the truth is, the $150 level is one of the least popular ones. Most prospects don’t want to spend time building up to a higher level and come in at a $500 or $1000 level. Yet, leaving open the possibility of low-commitment entry, attracts far more leads then any other program around.

Verdict: The Abundant Living System is all about creating wealth for yourself while helping others do the same thing. The amazing support system and training make it easy for anyone, looking to enter the gifting arena, to make their first steps. This program is 99% automated through online content such as videos, audio, the callback feature and the customizable web-site. After months of research, I was convinced that ALS is the most exciting, innovating gifting program out there.

Hordes of video game lovers, many of whom were devoted to the widely popular Sims video games, waited anxiously for Electronic Arts newest video game release called Spore. Electronics Arts did not disappoint it’s many fans as the $49.99 regular version of Spore, the $9.99 Spore Creature Creator and the $79.99 Galactic version of Spore were released without a hitch and were quickly snatched off the retail stores shelves. Although Spore’s sales didn’t quite match the volume of sales of video game monoliths Guitar Hero III or Grand Theft Auto IV, it did very well. It is usually about a week after a video game release when the people who bought the game begin flooding the Internet with either their personal praise or damnation of the video game. They talk about things like game play, graphics speed and resolution, end game, online play, character building etc. Not this time! With Spore, the talk was all about its DRM!

What is DRM? The copyright protection called DRM is an acronym for Digital Rights Management, a term used to describe the different techniques for restricting the free use and transfer of digital content. DRM is used in a number of media, but is found most often in music and video files. Many of people believe that DRM should stand for Digital Restrictions Manager being that it manages users restrictions while taking away their rights. Companies like Apple began using DRM under the auspices of fighting piracy. Has it worked? You tell me. After the news of the type of severe DRM Electronics Arts put on Spore spread to future buyers, it took only days for over 500,000 illegal copies of the Spore video game (without DRM) to be downloaded from P2P BitTorrent sites on the Internet. Does DRM work? No! It ticks people off. If you don’t believe it, ask Amazon.com, where thousands of people unhappy with Spore’s DRM restrictions gave the new video game a lowly one star rating. Thanks to DRM, Spore has become the most pirated game ever.

So, what was so bad about Spore’s DRM to get so many people in an uproar? Here is what it is all about and I am going to tell you from first hand experience because I purchased the $79.99 Galactic version of Spore and after one more download, the game will be worthless. Because my video card was not set perfectly to run Spore, I received a warning message after the first installation that I needed to change my video card settings and reinstall Spore again or the game would not work. One installation used. I did what was required and reinstalled Spore again. No error messages this time, the game works wonderfully. Two installations used. So why am I counting installations? You see, with Spore’s DRM restrictions, the purchaser can only install the game three times. After the third installation, your bought and paid for game of Spore will be nothing but a worthless piece of plastic. You can play it, but you will never be able to install it again. So you pray nothing goes wrong with your computer because you won’t be able to install Spore to a new one. If I would have known about Electronic Arts DRM restrictions for Spore, I never would have purchased it and I may have gone as far as joining the other 500,000 so-called pirates visiting a free game downloads site to download a DRM-less version.

Some folks say that a company should be allowed to protect their copyrighted products, and I agree as long as they don’t take the rights away from the new owners, the people who have purchased those copyrighted products. I want to first say that I don’t necessarily hate the idea of copyright protection but I do hate the way DRM is being abused by the companies. When a person buys a copyrighted product, the copyright should now belong to the new owner along with the product. As far as I am concerned, when I purchase something it should be mine to do with as I please. As long as it does not involve harming, torturing or killing a living creature, I should have complete and total rights to do what I want with that product. Here are some examples of what I mean. If I were to purchase a German Shepherd dog ($800), it is mine. If I want to either sell or give my dog away to someone else, I have every right to do so. If I buy a car ($25,000) and a week later feel like selling it or giving it away, I can because I have the every right to do so. If I were to buy a house ($200,000) outright for cash (I wish), that house would be completely mine to sell or even give it away if I choose. If I have complete and total rights to do what I want with my dog, my car and my house, will somebody please tell me why can I face criminal charges and punishment for doing what I want with my $79.99 game of Spore or any other video game for that matter. Heck, with EA’s new DRM restrictions imposed on my Spore video game, I can’t even install it more than three times. In truth, Spore still belongs to Electronic Arts even though I forked out my hard earned cash for the rights of ownership. Therein lies the true crime my friends. And the video game industry is wondering why more and more normally honest folks have turned to pirating.

Sadly, video game companies like Electronic Arts are unwittingly causing the downfall of the video game industry with their abuse of DRM restrictions. Piracy paranoia has already taken a huge bite out of the PC and Mac game industry. Remember when stores like Egghead and Electronics Boutique used to be stocked wall to wall with computer games for your PC or Mac. Then they come up with all of these unjust anti-piracy rules that if you open the games packaging there will be no exchanges or refunds allowed. Are you kidding me. With all of the different computer configurations out there due to lack of standards within the industry, you were lucky not to run into a conflict when installing or playing the game. How many of you remember buying a $50 computer game only to have it not work when you installed it. Remember how you felt when you tried to get your money back for a $50 game that you never even got to play only to be told by the suspicious salesman at the stores counter, Too Bad, No Refund, No Exchange Policy Here! A lot of people remember. That is the main reason good honest folk turned to P2P download sites for their computer games in the first place. No risk of losing their money through no fault of their own. Thus began the downfall of the video game industry for PC’s and Mac’s. Now when you go into a store looking to purchase a game for your PC, all you will find is a little rack of about fifteen computer games tucked away somewhere in the back of a video game store.

Don’t look now, but the video game industry is following that same path of self destruction as before, and the DRM restrictions they are putting on games like Spore will be their undoing. If the fact that the Spore DRM policy has caused it to become the most pirated video game in history does not bring about changes in copyright policies, then they will be in deep trouble as an industry. I realize I am ranting but I tend to get ticked off when I am being ripped off and I am not alone here. Head over to CNet or Amazon.com to see what people are saying about the Spore DRM policy. The video game makers had better listen too, because they are on the path of causing their own demise with such a draconic DRM policy. Electronic Arts, the maker of Spore especially had better open up its ears, because over 500,000 people downloading DRM free versions of the video game from Free Game Downloads sites in only a few days makes a thunderous sound. The release of Spore was supposed to be a happy day for all. Instead, EA’s punishing DRM policy may have begun the downfall of the video game industry, and that would be a sad day for everyone.

Now released to you are free advertising techniques for your cash gifting program. These techniques will generate 2-3 signups a week for you without taking a single penny out of your pocket.

Free advertising for your cash gifting programs will only cost you a little time, but this is a must if you want to succeed in this business. Some of that will be spent writing 3 to 5 articles a day for at least a week and some time will be spent researching different avenues of outlet to get your name out there. Once you accomplish those tasks you will see a massive flow of traffic and new leads going directly to your website, which ultimately leads to sales.

Here are a few of my preferred free advertising techniques and that I use to promote my cash gifting programs:

1. Write at least 3 to 5 articles a day with a bare minimum of 300 words. Use your keyword a least 3 to 4 times throughout the article and you will have a great chance of landing on page one of some major search engines. You will become aware of a serious boost in traffic and leads if you put into practice this correctly.

Your articles should give to your reader valuable information and an interesting read. Also make sure you include in your articles your wiliness to help others and inform them of what you can do for them.  The article should not reflect nor should it be about your product or opportunity.

2. Another very valuable form of free advertising that I make use of to promote my cash gifting programs is forums. Look for a few, 4 to 6, forums with a respectable amount of traffic. Make sure the forum is focused and driven towards the home business industry. Try to spend some time, at least an hour a day, going back and fourth between a few different forums posting your replies, starting your own threads and topics as well.

When you are posting on forums, be certain to have your signature filled out. This is where you will put your web address so that other posters can go and view you site.

3. The ultimate for free advertising is video marketing. This is where you can literally brand yourself and sell yourself to anyone that views your video and once people see you and put a face to the system, you can drive traffic to any site you wish. With Video marketing you will generate a hotter lead than the type of leads you get from article marketing.

Just like articles, if you are branding yourself properly you will get your videos on page one of the all major search engines for a few days and create loads of traffic and leads to your site.

There are numerous system and programs out there where you can upload your videos and redistribute to most major video sites all at once.

All you need is a webcam and about 3 to 5 minutes to record each video.

We’ve discussed the importance of using other people’s money to invest in your company, keeping your fixed costs as low as possible, keeping the ratio of direct costs to indirect costs very high, and having a profitable business model. Now, here is the final thing you must do to have a cash-flow positive business.

5. You want an impregnable niche.

You want to be in a space that is so “you” that nobody else can get into it. In Chicken Soup, nobody could compete with Jack and Mark. We took the leadership role; and although a couple of companies tried to beat us up, they couldn’t touch us. We owned the niche of self-help books that touched your heart.

How many of you would like to own the concept of YouTube or Google?

The way you get a niche is by going for something very, very narrow. Being all things to all people is not having a niche, and it is a formula for a business that will not make money. It will never make money. You cannot manage it; you cannot finance it. You don’t know who to hire, people get distracted, and you lose money. You want to have a narrow concept.

In Japan I started a company that was the first company in Japan to do high-energy, high-entertainment training. We have audio and video equipment. It is a mix between a rock concert, a Broadway musical, and having your own TV station.

But once you have the niche, you own it. It is a very narrow kind of thing.

To give you a final example, there is a piece of equipment called the video toaster. The video toaster is from the very early days of computers. The creators offered the first hardware and software that would allow you to do broadcast quality video production on a PC. They owned the space for 15 to 20 years, completely owned it. Nobody could compete with them for that time because they had taken this completely narrow space and said, “We are going to be the people who do video production on the computer.” And they still own probably half the market for personal computer video production.

It is amazing what you can do by occupying a very narrow niche; it is hard for people to come in and compete with you in that space.

If you do these five things, your business will absolutely pay you every time.

I was about 2 clicks away from joining The Rick Jerk then something led me over to YouTube. BAMN!! That’s when I found it, Cash Gifting. All these videos of all these people receiving $1,000′s of dollars in the mail. Wow! Like most I was skeptical at first, but I often wonder just "what if". I tend to see the glass as half full and always looking for ways to fill it.

10. Is Cash Gifting a pyramid scheme and is it Legal?

This is probably the number one question that pops up when people start to see the lucrative potential with this kind of activity, and it’s certainly the first thing that I wanted to know too… after all, I have no interest in getting into any type of legal hot water, and I’m sure you don’t either, so here’s what I found out.

In researching this activity, it’s important to keep in mind that there’s no book out there that tells you what is legal in our society, only what is not legal.

If you do your research online, you’re going to see there’s really nothing saying that cash gifting is illegal. Most of the time it’s people expressing their personal opinions, not facts. And after years of experience and thorough research, no one has been able to show me the law in black and white stating that giving a cash gift is illegal.

In fact, I learned that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets. Many other countries participating in cash gifting also have very similar gifting laws.

In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen’s rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it’s done according to the laws and codes of this country. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511. “Click here” for this document.

In 2008 in the United States of America, the law states that one or more individuals can give a cash gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid.

I also found that most well organized Cash Gifting programs require each participant to use some form of a Gifting Statement and/or Non-Solicitation form, which when signed, become binding agreements between two private individuals. These forms are used, it’s said, to ensure the longevity and legality of a gifting program.

So giving a gift of cash to someone, be it a friend, family member or a stranger is legal according to IRS code. Again, there’s no specific nation-wide law that I’ve been able to find to say that cash gifting is not legal.

Now, that being said, it’s important to note that not all Cash Gifting programs may be legal in their structure. Certainly there are some that may not be. Unfortunately, there are still some “old school” Cash Gifting programs out there (mostly offline) that weren’t structured properly in order to sustain their efforts for any considerable length of time, and some of them use an illegal pyramidal type of structure.

Consequently, many of these types of mostly offline programs in the past were closed by the feds because of this illegal “ever-widening base” pyramid structure and gave Cash Gifting a bad reputation.

However, in recent years, things have changed and more and more people are benefiting through the use of these types of programs than with any other structure in the World.

11. Do I really get to keep all the cash?
